Present a valid photo identification at check-in
Arrive one hour prior to scheduled departure
Note that boarding closes 10 minutes before departure and check-in ends 15 minutes prior
Ticket name changes are not permitted after purchase
Each ticket includes a ₹50 passenger service charge
Peak season (December 1-January 31) incurs an additional ₹100 fee per passenger
Infant tickets (under 2 years) are priced at ₹100
Baggage allowance is 25 kg per passenger
Prohibited items include smoking materials, alcohol, sharp objects, and flammable substances
No pets or animals are permitted onboard
The company reserves the right to alter or cancel journeys for official reasons without liability for resulting losses
The company is not responsible for damage to personal belongings
All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Port Blair courts

Our simple refund policy:

Cancellations more than 48 hours before departure: ₹100 fee plus taxes per ticket
Cancellations 24-48 hours before departure: 50% of ticket price plus taxes
Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure: no refund available
Rescheduled tickets are not eligible for refunds
Ticket transfers and name changes are not permitted
