While checking in, travelers must have a valid photo ID with them.
Report at the jetty at least one hour prior to departure.
Boarding closes 10 minutes before departure, and check-in closes 15 minutes before departure.
After purchasing a ticket, corrections of names and details are not permitted. Please be sure to provide correct information.
There is a charge of ₹50 along with the seat booking, as each person has a passenger service cost.
There is an extra ₹100 per person per ticket charged during the peak season as a peak season supplement from December 1st to January 31st.
Tickets for infants under 2 years old cost ₹100.
Passengers are allowed to carry 25 kg of registered baggage.
It is forbidden to smoke, drink alcohol, carry explosive sharp objects, or combustible items on board.
Animals and pets are not allowed on the ferry.
For official reasons, Green Ocean returns the right to modify or cancel voyage dates and times; nevertheless, it is not liable for any losses resulting from such changes.
Green Ocean is not responsible for any laws or damage to passengers property.
The sole authority over any disputes rests with the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Port Blair and Nicobar Islands, India.

Green Ocean Ferry Ticket Cancellation & Refund Policy

The refund and cancellation policy for tickets is designed transparently so that both travelers and operators will benefit from it.

A ₹100 per ticket plus applicable taxes will be deducted if the ticket is cancelled 48 hours or more before departure.
50% of the ticket price plus taxes will be charged for cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before departure.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are not eligible for a refund.
Tickets are non-refundable when they are rescheduled.
Prior to ticket reservations, name changes of transfers are not permitted.
