Yes, of course. Ferry operators understand that schedule changes can happen. While ferries are not liable for any losses, passengers have the option to claim a full refund or reschedule their journey, subject to availability.

Yes, ticket cancellation is possible. Cancellation charges apply based on the time of cancellation. Cancellation made more than 48 hours prior to departure: Rs. 200 per passenger. Cancellation made more than 24 hours but less than 48 hours prior to departure: 50% of the fare collected + applicable tax will be refunded. Cancellation made within 24 hours of departure: No refund will be given.

For a smooth boarding process at the boarding point, passengers are not allowed to carry sharp articles onboard. Additionally, consuming liquor and smoking are prohibited. The free baggage allowance is 25kg as registered baggage, and please remember that pets are not allowed on the ferry.

To ensure a hassle-free journey, passengers should report at the jetty one hour before departure. Please bring a hard copy of your online ferry booking ticket and a photo identity card for check-in. The check-in counter closes 15 minutes before departure, and boarding closes 10 minutes before departure.
