  • Passengers are required to arrive at least 45 minutes before departure, and boarding closes 20 minutes prior to departure.
  • Valid photo identification is mandatory for all passengers entering the port area.
  • The ticket is valid only for the specified sailing and becomes invalid once the ferry departs.
  • The ticket is non-transferable and non-reroutable, and rescheduling is subject to availability with additional charges.
  • Passengers are responsible for the safety of their belongings, and the management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
  • The use of alcohol and narcotics onboard is strictly prohibited according to government guidelines.
  • In case of cancellation due to weather, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
  • The company reserves the right to reschedule sailings based on official and emergency conditions.
  • Any damages caused by passengers to the ferry may result in prosecution and recovery of incurred costs.
  • Personal baggage allowance is up to 20 kg and should not exceed 3 cubic feet.
  • Items such as knives, nail cutters, explosives, firearms, and ammunition are strictly prohibited onboard.

  • Passengers warrant that they and any accompanying individuals are free from major illnesses or ailments, and the carrier is not responsible for any consequences arising during the carriage.
  • The ticket and passenger carriage are subject to Indian law, and any disputes or claims, including personal injury, will be referred to the court in Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Island, India.
  • The carrier holds no liability for injuries or illnesses not caused by their own acts, neglect, or default.
